At the Chichester Park Hotel, we understand what is required to make each Ladies Festival a success. We pride ourselves on our ability to understand the exacting standards and traditions required, yet still retaining that personal individual approach.The success of a Masonic ladies function lies in its planning. To begin with we try to keep your point of contact at the hotel to just one person; we endeavour to be as flexible as possible in order to suit individual tastes and budgets. We can also offer packaged Masonic weekends to organise a ladies festival simple and easy. Our Festival Suite can cater comfortably for 140 guests with a dance floor. Guests can be seated at round tables seating between 7-11, providing a clear view of the top table, yet still retaining an elegant and classic style.A clear testament to our success and popularity are the many Masonic Lodges that return year after year to hold their Masonic events in our hotel.
Masonic Ladies Festival includes
Over night accommodation Friday and Saturday, all bedrooms incorporate private bath/shower, colour televisions, hair dryers, trouser press/iron, tea and coffee making facilities.
Complimentary familiarisations stay for the Master and Secretary of Lodge.
Full English breakfast each morning – buffet style to ensure speed of service.
Table d'hôte dinner on Friday evening.
5-course banquet Saturday evening.
Disco or other entertainment on Friday evening.
Photographer on Saturday evening producing mounted prints immediately.
Live Band Saturday evening.
A large table plan display and name place cards.
Table Flowers on Saturday Night – these can be given away by the Lodge to the Ladies.
Complimentary on site parking.
Professional toastmaster who sings the ladies song.
Deposits
A £500.00 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your ladies festival booking. The balance is settled on confirmation of numbers two weeks prior to the event date.
Prices
We offer a competitive packages from £130 to £155 per person that includes all above listed facilities. This rate may vary depending on the number of guests and the month of year.
Entertainment
We only provide tried and tested quality entertainment. The Saturday entertainment included in the overall cost is for a quartet. You are able to speak directly to the band before arrival/booking. Should you prefer to provide your own, we are happy to place a credit to your main account.
Function Room Capacity
We are able to accommodate approximately 140 people with a dance floor in a private room for the banquet.
Tables
We always suggest round tables for the banquet on Saturday evening, to give a more relaxed atmosphere. Our tables are either 5’ or 6’ diameter seating between 7-11 guests. Your top table can be a long table or a round, it is up to you.

The Saturday banquet is chosen from the selector provided on the main Event menu pack, all dietary requirements are catered for separately
Accommodation
CHICHESTER PARK HOTEL has a mixture of 77 bedrooms with twins, doubles and family rooms. We also have 1 four poster suite which we would be happy to offer to the Lodge to allocate as they wish – there would be no extra supplement for the suite. We also offer 2 ground floor rooms adapted for wheelchair users.
Facilities for guests with special mobility or communication needs
The entrance, lounge, restaurant, bar and Festival Suite area are all situated on the ground floor with direct level access. Ground floor rooms are available, all have good access. Ground floor rooms are available that have been specially adapted for wheelchair users.
